Utah Lash & Brow Artist Apprentice Program

If you’ve been dreaming about a career in the beauty industry and want real hands-on experience with a mentor who truly cares about your growth, this 270 hour program was created for you. Our Lash & Brow Artist Apprentice Program is a warm, supportive space where you can learn at your own pace, ask questions freely, and build confidence in both your artistry and yourself.

This isn’t just a training—it’s a guided journey into becoming the kind of artist clients trust, return to, and rave about.

Lash Skills

You’ll get comfortable with the techniques and tools needed to create beautiful, healthy lashes:

• Classic, Hybrid, and Volume Lash Extensions

• Mega Volume basics

• Lash mapping and choosing styles for different eye shapes

• Proper hygiene, isolation, retention, and aftercare

• Lash lifts & tints

• Safe removal and client education

Brow Skills

We’ll also focus on shaping brows with intention and artistry:

• Brow mapping & shaping

• Waxing and tweezing

• Tinting

• Brow lamination

• Understanding brow structure and natural growth patterns

Business & Client Experience 

You don’t need a business degree to succeed as a lash or brow artist—but it does help to know how to set yourself up the right way. I’ll walk you through everything in a way that feels doable and clear, without overwhelm.

You’ll learn things like:

• How to stay organized and manage your workflow

• Creating a brand and social media presence that feels like you

• How to attract your ideal clients without feeling “salesy”

• Making your clients feel cared for from the moment they contact you

• Rebooking naturally and building long-lasting relationships

• Communicating professionally while keeping healthy boundaries

This part of the apprenticeship is all about helping you feel confident stepping into the real world as a working artist—not just someone who knows the techniques, but someone who knows how to build a career around them.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll work directly with me in the studio. You’ll learn by watching, practicing, getting feedback, and growing day by day. My goal is to help you feel supported, capable, and excited about the path you’re stepping into.
